New Jacob’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Youth Ministry

As the summer comes to a close, our children are set to begin another school year. As we have served New Jacob’s Chapel for the past 19 years we have seen another generation grow up before our eyes.

On this week we have one young lady left for Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and another young lady Howard University in Washington, D.C.

There are college students returning to Florida A&M University, Florida Southern University, and Rollins College.

There is a special level of excitement and unspeakable joy as a parent of a High School Senior. As I watched him prepare for the football kick-off dinner, I have come to the realization that my little boy has matured into a young man that in a few months shall leave the nest and began another season as a college freshman.

As we reflect we are grateful for the opportunity that God has given us to encourage, mentor, pray with and for these young vessels that we know will be used for God’s service and His glory.

So this morning we celebrate The Youth of New Jacob’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Clermont, Florida. We decree and we declare God’s favor and blessings upon each of you as you begin another season in your journey of education.
